There are many reasons we can use blogs in education, but an obvious one is to encourage students to write. This is what we’ve done this week; the students have been given free reign to post about anything they want. The results are very interesting: Callum is traveling the world and is currently in the USA; Kori talks about her pets, in particular her rabbits; Tahlia, a frequent blogger, lets the world know 5 facts about her life; Lexie explains how she met her friends (an odd bunch); Louise considers the fun to come in term 4, the end of the year; Beau reveals the Fathers’ Day gift we made in T&E. There are many other interesting posts so fish around and enjoy.
